RPG Games – RPG is an abbreviation, which stands for Role Playing Games. As it suggests, it is every production, in which we take the role of a fictional character (sometimes known as avatar). In order for a game to be considered RPG, it has to offer us a kind of character customization process. There, we can choose characteristic traits of our newly created figure. As we progress further into the game, our goal is to develop the character by gaining new skills, abilities, or experience points.

Some time ago one of the most popular types of games were MMO RPGs. These were Massive Multiplayer Online RPG titles, where we had to create a character and then delve into the world with hundreds or even thousands of players that played with us at the same time. Tibia, Metin 2, Runescape, or Lineage were great examples of such games. Nowadays, however, RPGs are more often combined with action games.
